Tasting note on the 1979 Clos de la Roche: A fairly evolved quite rich nose with rhubarb and slight beef tea notes. Fine small fruits on the initial palate, nice sweetness followed by fresh acidity which sings on. All cherry fruits on the finish. In fine condition. Tasted during the jubilee tasting at the Domaine in June 2022. Edwin Vos
