Tasting note: Expressive rich nose of pure dried strawberries and vanilla. Fine fresh elegant taste of pure red fruit juice, finesse, like a whisper so refined, yet all in balance and with strength. On the finish a nice spicy beetroot touch over the dried fruits. So well refined. A beauty of lace like texture. Love this style a lot! Tasted during the jubilee tasting at the Domaine in June 2022.
