Tasting note : Beautiful nose of pure fresh peach fruit. This has such a refined expression from the fully ripe fruits. Brioche, smoky. Broad fine flavour, peaches and cream, caramel, all so well balanced. This is beautiful! Almost all Aligoté, with just a dash of Pinot Gouges, since the Chardonnay was just planted. Tasted during the jubilee tasting at the Domaine in June 2022. Edwin Vos
