the shallow domed cover with an artichoke finial and gilt with anthemion, above twin gilt scrolling handles and gadroons, enamelled with two raised oval panels depicting a country girl with sheaf of wheat, to the reverse, a garland of flowers, on shaped circular base and gilt metal mount -- 43.5cm. high (restorations, chips to cover, snapped at pedestal)
