Li Taibo est représenté assis, la jambe gauche repliée, accoudé à une jarre verte. Il est vêtu d'une longue robe jaune ceinturée à la taille ainsi que d'une coiffe. Il tient dans sa main gauche une petite coupe carrée. Son visage légèrement souriant est barbu.
