An Edwardian three-piece tea service
in the early 19th Century taste, each of part-fluted moulded oblong form and on bun feet, with gadroon, shell and foliate rims, the teapot with rising curved spout, ebonised wood bracket handle and domed hinged cover with fluted oval wood finial, the gilt-lined milk jug and sugar basin with elaborate foliate and shell-decorated bracket handles, Nathan & Hayes, Chester 1905 - height of teapot 6¼in. (15.75cm.), 37.25oz. gross.
