Modeled after Delft, standing on flat bases with heads turned slightly, their hides spotted in black and their udders purple, wreaths of famille verte flowers around their necks and with long, curving, gilt horns
8 1/2 in. (21.5 cm.) long

The collector had a deep appreciation for the magnificent porcelains made for New Spain as well as for the lifelike charm and elegance of Chinese porcelain figure and animal models.
