The hieroglyphic inscription around the integral trapezoidal base reads: "Recitation by Harpocrates: Life, Prosperity, Health! Health and a high, great, big, beautiful lifespan (for) Hemet (or, the servant?). May she live and prosper (?), the Lady of the House Ta-heret...servant of Horus (?)".
