The serpentine Griotte de Campan Rouge marble top above a bombé door painted with a scène gallante, the interior fitted with a later sliding and rotating shelf, the front angles each with a scrolling foliate clasp, the bombé sides decorated with square parquetry fields, on cabriole legs and acanthus-cast sabots, the right clasp to the front angle signed 'F. LINKE'
