the body with twin pierced wedge-shaped handles, the date and inscription to the lower body 1659, I WAS MADE FOR FOR FRANCIS KEBLE, within double raised reeded bands and below the initials E.N., flanking a shield-shaped device comprising three bells and a chevron, the lower underside of the rim cast with a continuous band of linked scrolls within further reeded bands -- 14 3/8in. (36.5cm) diam, 10¾in. (27.3cm) high

The initials E.N., and the coat of arms are those of the founder Edward Neal of Burford.
