Born in Moscow, Kazansky graduated from Leningrad's Institute of Art, Sculpture and Architecture, named after I. Repin, at the studio of B.Ioganson. Works are included in the Moscow State Tretyakov Gallery, Ministry of Culture and other Museum collections.
