An Apulian red-figure pottery bell krater
near to the Painter of Geneva 13108, showing a female figure standing holding a thyrsus behind her and a tambourine out in front in her left hand, facing a nude youth who holds out a phiale in his right hand, and a bunch of grapes behind him, foliate motif between them, on the reverse two youths stand conversing, one holding a staff, wearing himations wrapped around, encircling band of laurel below the everted rim, repaired -- 9½in. (24.1cm.) high, second quarter of 4th Century B.C.
