GRAHAM’S BICENTENARY COLLECTION CABINET
To celebrate their 200th year, Graham’s has released a limited-edition Bicentenary Collection Cabinet. An extremely rare release containing 12 historic ports with only 30 editions created.
The Cabinet
Meticulously designed in partnership with Portuguese master-joiners, WeWood, this cabinet is made of FSC certified santos rosewood –a richly-grained wood used for fine furniture and musical instruments. The interior is lined with the iconic Graham’s green. Two beautiful shelves display the twelve selected wines. An enduringly aesthetic and timeless piece of furniture.
This cabinet includes a dedicated book telling the story of Graham’s 200-year history, including a personal story from the 3rd, 4th and 5th generations of the Symington family on the significance of their chosen wine, a hand-blown decanter and wine glasses produced by Jancis Robinson MW with British product designer Richard Brendon, a two-part Durand corkscrew specifically designed for removing corks from mature and valuable fine wines and a specially commissioned decanting funnel from family-run, Porto-based silversmiths Ourivesaria Coutinho.
The Wines
Each wine has a personal significance for the member of the 3rd, 4th and 5th generation of the Symington family that selected them. The identity, story and personality of these wines makes this a unique collection for fine wine lovers. The wines in the Bicentenary Collection have specially-designed labels and are individually numbered.
