这款 Centigraphe Souverain 的机芯由 284 个部件组成。手动上弦机械机芯可以测量从百分之一秒到十分钟的经过时间。在表侧两点钟位置配备了一个荣获专利的重置按钮，可前后摇动以将计时功能启动、停止或归零。该系统是标准计时腕表在表冠两侧按钮的巧妙变体。此外，这款腕表在动力维持和动力储存方面效率极高。主发条盒具有维持动力系统，以确保驱动力在上弦过程中不会降低。在不使用计时功能的情况下，主发条可提供至少 100 小时的动力储存，如果计时腕表持续运行，则可提供 24 小时的动力储存。
