1998 年推出，为百达翡丽首款以批量生产、带逆返日历的万年历腕表。它亦是自传奇型号 2497 和 2438-1 以来，首个配上中央秒针的万年历表款。该型号的独特之处在于其「军官」风格表壳，带有细长表耳和可掀式后盖。 315 型自动上弦机芯配备 21K 金摆陀，迷人的逆跳日期功能为万年历机制的一部分，在每个月的最后一天，日期指针会立即飞返至下月的首天 。
