with flattened everted rim, painted in black to the interior with scattered hanging pendants, the exterior with the glaze falling short of the foot to reveal the buff pottery -- 8¼in. (21cm) wide, 13th century; and a turquoise and black glazed shallow dish decorated with radiating foliate panels -- 8in. (20cm) diam. (2)
