本對長方凳素牙子起邊線，牙頭點綴小委角。足材外圓里方，同起邊線。直棖正面一根，側邊兩根。整體結構簡練，風格淳樸，渾厚耐看。比較美國加州中國古典家具博物館舊藏一對相似長方凳，後拍賣於紐約佳士得，1996年9月19日，拍品15號。另比較上海博物館藏一對，見王世襄著《明式家具珍賞》，香港，1985年，58頁。值得注意，兩對長方凳及本拍品凳盤背面均設兩根橫帶，並於中間以橋型木方連成一體。
