BOERL & KROFF
Founded by Stéphane Sésé and Patrick Sabaté, Boërl & Kroff is a rare champagne producing only magnums in limited quantity. Made up of three plots of old vines of approximately one hectare each, the grapes are dominated by Pinot Noir, followed by Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. A minimum of 10 to 15 years of ageing in the perfect conditions of the underground cellar is required before the magnums can be considered for release onto the market.
