MARK OF PHILIP RUNDELL, LONDON, 1819
Vase shaped on a spreading gadrooned circular base, the lower body fluted and chased below the rim with a band of alternating lotus flower and shells, the double hinged cover opening to reveal a plain frame with six egg cups, the central handle with a heart-shaped acanthus-capped reeded handle, engraved with a crest, engraved on body with a coat-of-arms, the egg-cups with a crest, marked on body, under cover, on frame and cups

54 oz. 15 dwt. (1,703 gr.)
The arms are those of Bowcher.
