of shaped oval form, the cover painted with a rose-bud and set with split pearls, the sides with engine-turned panels showing traces of green enamel, the base guilloche enamelled in red and painted with a silhouette of a rose-bud, the grill pierced and engraved with foliage, apparently unmarked, circa 1820 - 4.5cms
