of rectangular form, the cover engine-turned and with a vacant rectangular cartouche, Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co. Ltd., London 1928 - 8½in. (22cm.); a cedar-lined square cigarette box, the cover engraved with initials, Birmingham; two late Victorian baluster pepperettes, Birmingham 1898 and 1899; an Edwardian combination vesta case and sovereign case bright-cut with scrollwork, Birmingham 1909; and a George III silver pendant cast figure of Mercury, maker's initials T.H., London 1812.
