With Longines Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in stainless steel, bearing the reference 4443, fitted with a mechanical manually wound movement, calibre 13ZN and its subsequent sale on 19 May 1942 to the company Ostersetzer which was Longines' agent for Italy at that time. Furthermore delivered with original Longines labels.
The present watch is a superb and very charismatic example of a Longines chronograph featuring the celebrated calibre 13ZN and a remarkable two tone dial nicely harmonised with the blue tachymeter scale.
