bronze with black-brown patina
height: 18 5⁄8 in. (47.2 cm.)
Conceived between 1887 and 1895, and cast in bronze by Alexis Rudier, Paris, in 1945
Musée Rodin, Paris.
Galerie Cziwiklitzer, Cologne, by whom acquired in November 1955.
Private collection, Cologne, and thence by descent.
Acquired from the above by the present owner.
