The ovoid body surmounted by a faceted handle terminating in Bacchic masks, the front with spout in the form of the head of a bearded man, the tap terminating in a dolphin's head, on a spreading socle

Provenance
Château de la Versaudière, Ladon, Loiret; purchased by the family of the present owner in the 1930s with the château, before the Second World War, and by descent.
