Ce tableau, peint vers 1908-1910 par Georges de Feure, probablement à la demande de Jules Pams, présente des dimensions similaires à l’œuvre Femme dans la Neige ayant également figuré dans la collection Schur. Sur base de ceci, Ian Millman, spécialiste de l’artiste, laisse supposer que ces deux tableaux auraient tous deux pu faire partie d’un ensemble plus important représentant, peut-être, les Quatre saisons (I. Millman, Georges de Feure, [cat. exp.], Tokyo-Osaka, 1990, p. 129).

This painting, executed circa 1908-1910 by Georges de Feure, probably at the request of Jules Pams, is similar in size to Femme dans la Neige, which also was in the Schur collection.
