This pink colourway of 'Rhodanthe' was thought to have been 'Viscaria' until an advertising plaque was discovered in 1995 which showed its original name was 'Pink Pearls'. The impressed date mark on this piece is for May 1939 so it was produced just before the 'Bizarre' shop was closed by World War II
