The sculptor studied under Willem deKooning, Sybil Majoli Naji, and David Smith. Perhacs taught in the Industrial design dept at UCLA. His works appear in the Whatcom Museum in Washington State, the Frye Art Museum and the state Capitol Museum, USA.
