A pair of Sèvres style square jardinières
perhaps Nyon, painted with vignettes of a boy playing bagpipes and a girl gathering flowers, the other sides painted with tools, a well, musical instruments and bee hives, all within gilt and black foliate panels, each corner surmounted by a leaf-moulded finial, blue fish marks -- 16cm. high, 19th century (very minor wear to gilt finials)
