MARK OF JOSEPH-NAPOLEON YVOREL, PARIS, 1834-1838
Rectangular with bombé sides chased with foliage and lozenges, with engine-turned cover and base, the cover later mounted with a crowned monogram flanked by fleurs-de-lys all in rubies, the interior with a later presentation inscription, marked on flange with maker's mark and French control marks, further stamped 132

The presentation inscription reads, WITH MUCH LOVE TO ANNIE LAURIE A VERY DEAR FRIEND ELLEN OCTOBER SECOND 1937.
