Of manual movement, the square rock crystal frame set with cabochon sapphires in square diamond frames at the corners, the round dial incised with lines and set with cabochon sapphires, with diamond-set hands edged in blue enamel, with matching Roman numerals on a gold chapter ring inset with mother-of-pearl and with cabochon sapphires, with rock crystal strut support, in fitted Cartier display case, signed Cartier MADE IN FRANCE and numbered 2648 on the reverse, the dial with French hallmarks, two cabochon sapphires deficient to chapter ring
