Cartouche-shaped, the circular white enameled dial with Roman numeral hours and Arabic chapters, surmounted by a putto seated under a palm and flanked by scrolls, oak and berried leaves issuing from rockwork at the base, the dial signed 'JN. BAPTISTE BAILLON', the movement signed 'J.Bte.Baillon A Paris / No 3717' and etched 'MAGO', the bezel surrounding the glazing etched 'Normant'
