A handwritten letter from Jimmy Page to his frequent pen pal, Ronnie Kellerman, head of the Jerry Lewis Fan Club, with original mailing envelope, n.d. but postmarked Epsom, Surrey, 6 July, 62, the letter written in peacock blue ink on both sides of two pages of lined notepaper, the letter beginning Dear Ronnie, I'm sorry for the lapse in correspondence but there has been a very good reason...I told you the discs would be ready in a couple of days but...they had messed up the transcription and had to have them done again...Anyway, you've got them now, I hope the recording is what you wanted, Page continues and enquires of Kellerman Have you heard from Sutch lately, his record didn't get anywhere over here, not enough publicity, Page tells Kellerman Liverpool groups seem to have swamped the scene over here, but the Beatles are the only ones ever good.
