The logo Gibson inlaid at the headstock and marked Les Paul / MODEL, engraved Standard on the truss rod cover, stamped 82264538 / MADE IN / U.S.A. on the reverse, the body of mahogany with three-piece unfigured maple cap, the mahogany neck with bound East Indian rosewood fingerboard and pearloid inlay, of Cherry Red finish, fitted with Seymour Duncan Alnico 2 Pro humbucking pickups and a Bigsby B5, together with a Gen 1 Gibson Protector Chainsaw hardshell case, the original Gibson humbucking pickups, and a black and white photograph of Johnny Marr during The Smiths' soundcheck at the Parc des Expositions, Paris, 1 December 1984 [printed later], signed and dated by photographer Paul Slattery
