the domed cover painted with 18th century figures at leisure in a garden, the base similarlily decorated, the interior richly gilt, the interior cover painted with a courting couple within shaped two tone gilt panel, with hinged gilt metal mounts, pierced with screws and a key hole -- 17.8cm. X 12.5cm. X 9.5cm., late 19th century (some wear to gilt)
