the two oviform wells with gilt metal and glass liners, above pierced wells supported by a shaped oval two handled tray, painted with panels of figures wearing 18th century dress at various pursuits in landscape between blue scale panels divided by gilt scroll bands, blue crossed swords mark -- 28cm. wide, late 19th century (some damages and deterioration to glaze, wear to gilt)
