This was the only Gold Medal for Britain at Helsinki. The team for Great Britain consisted of Wilfred White on Nizefella, Douglas Stewart on Aherlow, Harry Llewellyn on Foxhunter and Peter Robeson as reserve with Craven "A". Their total points were 40.75.
