An oviform vase with short neck and foot, decorated with a moulded continuous band depicting ladies and children washing, beating and drying cloth in an interior, all on a gold sprinkled ground and within a key-fret border, the shoulder and foot with shaped bands painted and gilt with a multitude of kiku heads -- 9¾in. (25cm.) high, signed Kizan.
