the former of oval form and with lift-off cover, the sides die-stamped with pastoral scenes with numerous figures, marks indistinct, probably Nathan & Hayes, Chester - 2¾in. (7cm.), the latter gilt-lined and of circular form, the sides engraved with bamboo, the cover with birds perched on bamboo. (2)
