decorated in gold hiramakie and kinji on a roironuri ground with a bust of D.N. Anthemius wearing a headdress and holding a spear and a shield, inscribed D.N.ANTHEMIUS. P. F. AVG, the reverse with two lines of inscriptions, attached brass hanging ring -- 4¾.in (12.1cm) long, 18th Century.
