of oval form, on bracket feet and with a moulded rim, the body chased with vignettes of figures and buildings, exotic fish and birds amidst bamboo, the six shaped oblong vignettes divided by panels decorated with triangles, the ground engraved: "Presented to James Greig Chief Engineer of the S.S. Arabic By the Engineers and Officers as a token of their esteem on the occasion of his leaving the Ship for the Home Service, Hong Hong, Oct. 26th. 1883", Wang Hing - 11¾in. (30cm.), 15.25oz.
