Probably made for the Coronation of H.M. King Edward VII in 1902. The subjects and numbers of examples are: H.M. King Edward VII (4 in two styles), H.M. Queen Alexandra (3), H.R.H. The Duke of York (later King George V) (4), H.R.H. The Duchess of York (later Queen Mary) (1), H.R.H. Prince Edward of York (later King Edward VIII/Duke of Windsor) (7), Field Marshal Lord Kitchener (2) and Field Marshal Earl Roberts (7).
