A well engineered, almost complete 3½in. gauge 4-6-2 Pacific locomotive and tender built by W.R. Thorpe between 1923 and 1932, with copper smithies boiler with fittings including water and pressure gauges, safety, blower, whistle and clack valves. Chassis details include twin outside blued steel clad cylinders, draincocks, fluted connecting and coupling rods, displacement lubricator, slip eccentric reverse, whistle, lamps and burner, the cabside with cast brass plate embossed 'TWR 5'. Tender details include hand feed pump and spirit tank and twin four wheel bogies, hand and lamp irons, all unpainted -- 11 x 55in. (28 x 139cm.)
