An approx 1½in. scale model of a single cylinder two speed, four shaft Showman's Road Locomotive with copper boiler, smokebox superheater and normal fittings, cylinder 1 1/8in. bore x 1 3/8in. stroke, displacement and mechanical lubricators, bar type crosshead guides, Stephenson's link reverse, counterbalanced crankshaft, eccentric driven feed pump and shut off cock, two roadspeeds and disc flywheel. Chassis details include spoked straked wheels, spud pan, worm and roller chain steering, damper, cable drum, cable and fair leads, belt driven round frame 4-6v dynamo, the base stamped 'A. Mulley' and full length metal canopy, finished in red, black and buff, with yellow and black lining, the engine side plate with brass plate engraved 'RC Hammett Contractor Bexley Kent' (some old damage, some parts detatched) -- 15¼ x 26in.
