the shaded brick-red field scattered with various polychrome geometric small motifs around three light blue and pistachio-green large hooked panels, each containing similar smaller yellow angular floral centrepiece, in charcoal-black border of stylised hooked glass motif and angular mill-pattern vine between ivory linked S-motif cartouche, zig-zag and barber-pole stripes, outer running-dog stripe, small holes on edges, slight corroded black --5ft.8in. x 4ft.7in.; and another Soumac carpet, badly worn --10ft.10in. x 8ft.11in.
