A late Victorian four-piece tea and coffee service
of vase shape and on rising circular bases, each decorated with foliage, strapwork, masks and shaped cartouches engraved with monograms, each also with dragon scroll handles, the teapot and coffee pot with rising curved spouts and domed hinged covers with artichoke finials, the milk jug and sugar basin gilt-lined, Thomas & Walter Slater and Henry Holland, London 1899 and 1901 - height of coffee pot 9¾in. (24.75cm.), 84.25oz.
