VERY RARE FIRST EDITION of the Bull issued to encourage the construction of houses and palaces along the newly built Via Felice and Via Sistina in Rome by offering immunity from repossession, the full protection of the law and tax incentives to would-be settlers and builders. This scheme was successful and over the next 50 years major building work took place in the area.
