A Victorian teapot and sugar basin with similar milk jug and a mid 19th Century transitional period coffee pot,
the first three items of compressed moulded circular form and with scroll handles, the teapot and gilt-lined sugar basin engraved with scrolling foliage and with vignettes of ships with the legend: "Liverpool and Philidelphia Steam Ship Company" within garter cartouches, the milk jug engraved with flowers and scrolling foliage and with initials in a shaped cartouche, all by Elkington & Co. - height of teapot 5¾in. (17cm.), the fluted baluster coffee pot flat-chased with arabesques and engraved with a crest within a rubbed-in cartouche, the hinged cover with nut finial. (4)
