A shaped panel of crimson cut and uncut velvet
woven with repeating delicate four-flowered sprigs, decorated at two edges with couched gilt thread in a scroll design and embellished with spangles--46 x 47in., 16/17th century and two fragments of green velvet woven with an urn filled with coiling stems of flowers and leaves and pairs of crown-surmounted eagles, voided to an ochre silk ground- , possibly Italian, 16/17th century
