woven with ivory and narrow taupe stripes and flower sprigs of coloured silks--50.5 x 78in. (126.25 x 195cm.), late 18th century; a large cover of coloured plush velvet, the wide border woven with large floral stems and birds-84 x 118in., and two other matching pieces-29 x 121in., 23 x 36in., possibly 18th century (very worn, design no longer distinguishable) and several shaped pieces of red silk velvet, possibly pelmet pieces, 19th century
