A 19th Century suite of gold, amethyst and pearl jewellery, comprising: bracelet, brooch and earrings, the bracelet of oval amethysts, each within an openwork border decorated with black enamel and with pearl terminated twist design connecting panels, the brooch suspending three amethyst and pearl drops, the earrings with detachable circular amethyst panels suspending amethyst and pearl triple drops, with alternative single drops (later clip type fittings, some damage and repair to earrings and brooch with later safety catch, some wear and restoration to the enamel on the bracelet), circa 1870.
